I have visited this hotel on several occasions and the staff do not disappoint. There are nice forest features on the hotel. The location is near the city center YET it remains peaceful with resort features.

I found the noise isolation in the rooms could be better. There was noise from neighboring rooms, so I had to ask for a different room. This new room faced the road and had noise from a nearby disco.

The staff members greeted me with a smile, and they seemed very helpful. They were quick to offer assistance and address any concerns. GREAT service overall.

a mixed bag of experiences

faulty doormissing apps

i found some issues with the room. the balcony door didn't seal properly. mosquitos got inside because of this faulty door. it's frustrating when you expect a sealed room and find gaps. also, the tv was not a smart tv. i could not use netflix or other apps on it.
